Librarian

SRM College of Pharmacy has an excellent library for the benefit of students, faculties and research scholars. As one of the best established library has a large collection of print resources covering more than 11776 Volumes of books consisting  3109 titles and 55 National & Foreign Journals covering various subjects like Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Pharmaceutical chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs etc.. The library is automated with e-LIMS, an Integrated Library Information Management Software with circulation and admin modules and it is transformed in to automated library with OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Technology) security system for Books & Non-book materials and students ID cards are enabled with integrated library management system for books issues and return/renewal.

The library provides access to a wide range of electronic resources via the web, and these are accessible both on campus and off campus mode. It is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi access and an automated CCTV surveillance facility. And the Mission of the library is “to provide comprehensive resources and services to support teaching, learning and research needs of the user community in right time”
